Anyone may submit a community incident report without creating an account. By submitting a report, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false, misleading, or malicious reports is prohibited. WCPF reserves the right to dismiss any report at its discretion.
Volunteers who create an account agree to represent WCPF responsibly during any cleanup or community activity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. WCPF may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or engage in conduct unbecoming of a community volunteer.
Personal information you provide — such as your name and email address — is used solely to facilitate WCPF operations, including follow-up on incident reports and volunteer coordination. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. Report data may be used in aggregate for grant reporting and public impact summaries.
Any photos or content you submit become available to WCPF staff for the purpose of assessing and responding to incidents. By submitting content, you grant WCPF a non-exclusive license to use that content for organizational purposes, including grant applications and public reporting.
WCPF provides this platform as a community service. We make no guarantees about response times or outcomes for submitted reports. WCPF is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this platform or participation in volunteer activities.
WCPF may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Impact System uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology powered by Anthropic's Claude to analyze photos submitted through the incident reporting form.
When you submit a photo, it may be analyzed by AI to automatically suggest an incident category (graffiti, trash, or vegetation), severity level, and description. These suggestions are provided to help streamline the reporting process and are always subject to your review and modification before submission.
AI analysis may also identify brand names or product packaging visible in submitted photos. This data is aggregated anonymously to support environmental policy research and is never used to identify individual users.
